• Complete a 90-hour course on Real Estate Principles and Practices
• Be a least 18 years old
• Pass a school final exam
• Pass the State exam
• Pay a licensing fee
• Have a fingerprint card completed
• Complete a six-hour contract writing class before licensure
• Activate your license within one year from date of examination
  



No pre-registration required: Walk-in on any Monday,
10 minutes prior to whichever class time you have chosen and pay the tuition at that time.

Arrowhead Class Information:

Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays.
You must be able to attend all three days (there are six Monday classes, six Wednesday classes & six Thursday classes - each class is independent of the other and can be taken in any order)

We have three class times you can choose from:

8am-12:30pm
1:00pm-5:30pm
6:00pm-10:30pm

You can start on ANY Monday.
The course runs for six (6) weeks.
You can combine the morning & afternoon or the afternoon & evening to complete the course in three (3) weeks.

You have an entire year to complete the course and can switch between mornings, afternoons, or evenings with no problem. This schedule is especially helpful to persons with inconsistent hours such as hospital workers, airline employees and firefighters.

Cost: $399 No pre-registration is required.
(payable by cash, check made to PIRE, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)
This fee includes a textbook, all class materials and a three-part exam preparation review.
