Broker Applicant Requirements

• Be an active real estate salesperson three of the past five years
• Complete a 90-hour Broker Prelicense Course
• Pass a school final exam
• Pass the State exam
• Pay a licensing fee
• Have a fingerprint card completed
• Complete a Broker Management Clinic prior to licensure

Classes are held on Wednesdays Fridays & Saturdays

Times: 8:00am-12:30pm & 1:00pm –5:30pm

This course takes three (3) weeks to complete. The course is offered at each of our three locations, on a monthly rotation. Please call for location schedule.

Cost: $495 Pre-registration is required
$100 deposit required at time of registration
(payable by cash, check made to PIRE, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)
This fee includes a textbook, all class materials and a review packet.

A Calculator
Pen/Pencil

All DESIGNATED BROKERS and NEW BROKER LICENSEES must attend a Broker Management Clinic every two years. The Broker Management Clinic can be used as part of your 24 hours renewal, it counts for 3 hours of Standards Credit.
